Barbara Satterfield is an artist and museum professional who organizes and manages statewide art exhibit tours. She earned her MFA in Studio Ceramics and her MA in Museum Studies at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.  A former lecturer in the Department of Art and director of the Baum Gallery of Fine Art at the University of Central Arkansas, Satterfield created BarbaraB: Exhibit Development and Design in 2011 to assist artists and organizations with project visioning, exhibit and grant writing, programming, and project management.  Satterfield is an Artist, Inc. Fellow, a 2014 recipient of an Artistic Innovation grant (Mid-America Arts Alliance), and an exhibiting artist who is shown and collected regionally (www.barbarasatterfield.com). Her arts community service includes serving as vice-president and chair of exhibits for the Arkansas Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (www.acnmwa.org), and chairman of the Committee of One Hundred to Benefit the Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View, AR.
